HOW TO LEASE WITH US

1. Credit Score: A credit score of 600 or higher is required. 

2. Rental History: No broken leases or evictions on your rental history. 

3. Background Check: A clear background check and no criminal record. 

4. Income Verification: Provide the four most recent paystubs to verify your income. 

5. Business Owners: If you're a business owner, you'll need to present your last two tax returns or bank statements. 

6. Identification: A valid Texas ID is necessary. 

7. Social Security Card: A copy of your Social Security Card may be requested if necessary. 

8. Deposit: A security deposit is required. 

9. Pro-rated Rent: You may need to pay a pro-rated amount of rent for the first month. 

10. Renters Insurance: Having renters insurance is mandatory. 

11. Utilities: Ensure the electric service is set up for the move-in day.
